A moist and delicious quickbread for breakfast or any time.

Directions
Cream together butter and sugar until smooth
Add eggs, vanilla and mashed banana and mix thoroughly
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and blend until smooth
Scrape batter into loaf pan and sprinkle top with sesame seeds, if desired
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 Minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan. Batter will be delicate when hot, and will firm up a bit as it approaches room temperature.
